The sponsor of this contest is 7-Eleven Canada Inc. ("7-Eleven") and the prize sponsor is Canadian Lotteries (which consists of: British Columbia Lottery Corporation, Alberta Gaming, Liquor & Cannabis, Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries, Sask Lotteries, Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation) (7-Eleven and Canadian Lotteries together, the "Contest Sponsors").
1. CONTEST PERIOD
The "Contest" or "contest" commences August 26, 2026 at 12:00:01 am ET and ends October 27, 2026 at 11:59:59 pm ET (the "Contest Period"). The Contest Period is separated into two (2) draws as further described in these Rules (each a "Draw Period").
Draw Period 1: August 26, 2026 at 12:00:01 am ET to September 29, 2026 at 11:59:59 pm ET. Draw date: [September 30, 2026] at 2:00 pm PT.
Draw Period 2: September 30, 2026 at 12:00:01 am ET to October 27, 2026 at 11:59:59 pm ET. Draw date: [October 30, 2026] at 2:00 pm PT.
Of the one hundred fifty (150) Prizes available, [X] Prizes will be awarded in the Draw Period 1 draw and [●] Prizes will be awarded in the Draw Period 2 draw, allocated by province in the proportions set out in Section 4.
2. ELIGIBILITY
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. The Contest is open only to legal residents of the provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario who, at the time of entry
who are a natural person and have reached the age of majority in their province of residence;
who are registered members of the 7-Rewards program; and who are in compliance with these Rules.
Entrants meeting all these criteria will each be referred to as an "Eligible Entrant".
Notwithstanding the above, this Contest is not open to, and the following persons are not eligible to participate in the Contest:
(a) employees, retirees, representatives, agents, officers, directors, franchisees, associates and dealers of 7-Eleven, Canadian Lotteries, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and divisions, advertising and promotional agencies, contest suppliers, prize suppliers, and any other entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, judging or fulfillment of the Contest (collectively, the "Contest Parties");
(b) members of the immediate family (brothers, sisters, children, father, mother, spouse) of the individuals outlined in paragraph (a) above; and
(c) any person domiciled with the individuals outlined in paragraphs (a) and (b) above, whether related or not.
3. HOW TO ENTER
(a) ENTRY WITH RETAIL PURCHASE:
Step 1: Receive a link to download the 7-Eleven mobile application for the 7Rewards customer loyalty program (the "App") by texting "APP" to the mobile number 711247 and then download the App and create a 7Rewards account; or visit 7rewards.ca and create a 7Rewards account; or register at the customer facing display at a participating 7-Eleven store. If the entrant already has a 7-Eleven member ID barcode, go to Step 2 and skip this Step 1.
Step 2: Every time an Eligible Entrant makes a minimum $10 purchase of lottery products (including all on-line games both regional and national and instant tickets, excluding all applicable taxes) ("Eligible Products") at any participating 7-Eleven store located in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba or Ontario during the Contest Period (each, a "Purchase Entry", automatically qualifies for one (1) ballot into the Prize draw.
To qualify and be eligible for a ballot via a Purchase Entry, Eligible Entrants must, at the time of the purchase transaction and during the Contest Period, either (i) scan or present their 7-Rewards member ID barcode, or (ii) enter the phone number registered to their 7-Rewards account at the in-store customer facing display.
Entry restrictions. One (1) ballot will be awarded per qualifying Purchase Entry even if more than one Eligible Product is purchased at the same time.
(b) NO PURCHASE ENTRY:
Eligible Entrants may submit an entry for the Contest without making a purchase transaction and be eligible for a chance to win a Prize by entering the online form found at 7rewards.ca/promos. Limit one (1) No-Purchase Entry every seven (7) days of the Contest, per person / 7Rewards account / mobile device account.
(c) ENTRY VERIFICATION AND VOID ENTRIES:
Prize claims and entries are subject to verification by the Contest Sponsors and/or their designated representatives. Entries made with multiple addresses, under multiple identities, through the use of any device or artifice to enter multiple times or obtain entries that are fabricated or in excess of the permitted number of entries for the Contest Period are automatically void. All purchase transaction receipts obtained through unauthorized sources, or which are illegible, mutilated, altered, reproduced, forged or irregular in any way, are automatically void. The Contest Sponsors will be the sole and final arbiters in determining the validity of an alleged Eligible Entry or Prize claim.
Eligible Entrants may use only one (1) 7Rewards account, e-mail address or mobile account to enter. If it is discovered by the Contest Sponsors (using any evidence or other information made available to or otherwise discovered by the Contest Sponsors) that any person has attempted to use multiple names, identities, multiple accounts, and/or any automated, macro, script, robotic or other system(s) or program(s) to enter or otherwise participate in or disrupt this Contest in any way (as determined by the Contest Sponsors in their sole and absolute discretion), then he/she may be disqualified from the Contest in the sole and absolute discretion of the Contest Sponsors. Any entry may be rejected if (in the sole and absolute discretion of the Contest Sponsors) the entry is not fully completed with all required information and submitted and received within the applicable timeline specified by the Contest Sponsors.
Proof of transmission (screenshots or captures, etc.) or attempted transmission of an entry or of any communication does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt.
The Contest Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Contest Sponsors, including, without limitation, government issued photo identification): (i) for the purposes of verifying an individual’s eligibility to participate in this Contest; (ii) for the purposes of verifying the eligibility and/or legitimacy of an entry (or a purported entry) for the purposes of this Contest; and/or (iii) for any other reason the Contest Sponsors deem necessary, in their sole and absolute discretion, for the purposes of administering this Contest in accordance with these Rules. Failure to provide such proof to the complete satisfaction of the Contest Sponsors within the timeline specified by the Contest Sponsors may result in disqualification in the sole and absolute discretion of the Contest Sponsors.
By entering this Contest, Eligible Entrants agree to be bound by these Rules and the decisions of the Contest Sponsors and Contest judges with regard to all aspects of this Contest, which are final and binding (without right of appeal).
4. PRIZES
There are one hundred fifty (150) Prizes (each, a "Prize") available to be won. Each Prize consists of one (1) 7-Eleven Canada $200 gift card, having an approximate retail value of two hundred Canadian dollars ($200.00 CAD).There are one hundred and fifty (150) Prizes available to be won during the Contest Period. Twenty-six (26) Prizes are available to be won in the Province of Manitoba. Fifty (50) Prizes are available to be won in the province of Alberta. Fourteen (14) Prizes are available to be won in the Provinces of Saskatchewan. Forty (40) Prizes are available to be won in the Province of British Columbia. Twenty (20) Prizes are available to be won in the Province of Ontario.
Prizes are allocated by province as set out in the table below. Purchase Entries are eligible to win a Prize allocated to the Province or Territory in which the purchase giving rise to the Purchase Entry occurred. No-Purchase Entries are eligible to win a Prize allocated to the Province or Territory in which the Eligible Entrant is resident according to 7-Eleven Canada’s database.

All Prizes must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred, exchanged, assigned or refunded, and no cash alternative or substitution is available. The Contest Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to substitute any Prize or a portion thereof with a prize or prizes of at least equal value in the event of the unavailability, for whatever reason, of the advertised Prize or any portion thereof.
The approximate retail value of the Prize as stated by the Contest Sponsors in point-of-sale advertising, other advertising, promotional materials and/or these Rules is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace. If, at the time the Prize is awarded or redeemed, the actual prevailing retail purchase price for the Prize is less than the approximate retail value stated, the Prize winner will not be entitled to a cheque or cash for the price difference.
No responsibility is assumed by the Contest Parties for any postal mail or courier delivery returned as undeliverable without a forwarding address, or for Prizes after they have been shipped. Winners bear all risk of loss or damage to a Prize after delivery.
5. METHOD OF AWARDING PRIZES
Draws for the Prizes will be made by a random computer-generated selection at Suite 2400,13450 102nd Avenue, Surrey, British Columbia, V3T 0C3. There will be two draw periods on or before October 2, 2026at 2:00 pm PT from all Eligible Entries registered during the first half of the Contest Period for entrants from August 26 to September 29, 2026 for Draw Period 1. Then on or about October 30, 2026at 2:00 pm PT from all Eligible Entries registered during Draw Period 2, together with all Eligible Entries registered during Draw Period 1 that were not selected in the Draw Period 1 draw (the "Prize Draw").
Each Valid Entrant is eligible to win only one (1) Prize during the Contest Period.
The odds of winning a Prize depend on the actual number of Eligible Entries received during the applicable Draw Period.
Selected Eligible Entrants will be contacted by email or telephone by the Contest Sponsors or their representative at the email address or phone number associated with their 7Rewards account, or as provided on the No-Purchase Entry. If the Contest Sponsors are unable to contact and get a personal response from a selected Eligible Entrant within seven (7) days of the Prize Draw or if, within that same period, the Contest Sponsors or their representative are unable to proceed to administer the skill-testing question under the procedure provided for in Section 2, then another Eligible Entrant will be randomly selected for the opportunity to win the Prize and the initially selected Eligible Entrant will be disqualified, such Eligible Entrant’s right to the Prize will be forfeited and that selected Eligible Entrant will have no further recourse towards the Contest Sponsors or anyone else involved in the Contest. There will be a maximum of three (3) Eligible Entrants selected for each of the Prizes after which, if there is no response within seven (7) days of the attempt to contact the last of such Eligible Entrants, the Prize will not be awarded.
Skill-testing question and release. In order to win a Prize, a selected Eligible Entrant must: (i) correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by telephone by the Contest Sponsors’ representative; and (ii) sign and return a standard Declaration and Release form in which the Eligible Entrant confirms compliance with the Rules (including the eligibility requirements), accepts the Prize as awarded, and releases the Released Parties from all liability. The selected Eligible Entrant will have seven (7) days to return the Declaration and Release form upon receipt by email to the Contest Sponsors’ representative (the "Prize Claim Date") . If the selected Eligible Entrant does not do so, another Eligible Entrant will be randomly selected for the Prize and the initially selected Eligible Entrant will be disqualified, such Eligible Entrant’s right to a Prize will be forfeited and that selected Eligible Entrant will have no further recourse towards the Contest Sponsors or anyone involved in the Contest.
Prize awarding. Subject to these Rules, a Prize will be awarded to the Eligible Entrant whose name and address appears on the 7-Eleven Canada 7Rewards database, that was used in connection with the potentially winning Eligible Entry (irrespective of the name appearing on the credit card or direct payment debit card that may have been used as the form of payment for the potentially winning purchase transaction). The Prize must be accepted as awarded. No cash alternatives, substitutions or transfers of the Prize will be allowed. The Prize will be awarded within four (4) to six (6) weeks of the Prize Draw. Prize is awarded as a physical gift card and mailed to winners.
Prizes will only be delivered to verified winners. No responsibility is assumed by the Sponsor for any postal mail or courier delivery returned as undeliverable without a forwarding address. No responsibility is assumed by Sponsor for Prizes after they have been shipped. Winners bear all risk of loss or damages to Prize after delivery. Once the Prize has been awarded, the winner will have no further recourse against the Contest Sponsors.
Accounts without a registered name. Purchase Entries connected to a 7Rewards account without a name on the account are eligible to enter the Contest. In such case, the Eligible Entrant whose name and address for such 7Rewards account appears in the 7-Eleven Canada 7Rewards database shall be the person eligible to win the Prize. If no name and address for such 7Rewards account appears in the 7-Eleven Canada 7Rewards database, the initially selected Eligible Entrant will be disqualified, such Eligible Entrant’s right to a Prize will be forfeited and that selected Eligible Entrant will have no further recourse towards the Contest Sponsors or anyone involved in the Contest.
System error. If a selected Eligible Entrant is awarded a Prize due to a system error, malfunction or defect or human error, the Prize will be re-awarded.
No additional Prizes. Under no circumstances will the Contest Sponsors be required to award more Prizes than indicated in these Rules or to award a Prize otherwise than in accordance with these Rules.
By participating, each Eligible Entrant and each Prize winner agrees:
Decisions of the Contest Sponsors. The decisions of the Contest Sponsors in relation to this Contest will be final and binding on all Contest entrants, subject to what is otherwise provided in these Rules. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of these Rules, the decision or interpretation of the Contest Sponsors shall prevail. All entries become the property of the Contest Sponsors and will not be returned.
Contest Sponsors not liable. The Contest Sponsors shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription or registration of Contest entry information, technical malfunctions, lost / delayed / incomplete / interrupted / misdirected / stolen / illegible / deleted data / network transmissions, line failures of any telecommunication network, failure of computer equipment, software, websites, inability to access any online service or web site, inability to submit the entry or any other malfunction, human or technical error, or any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Contest, or for late, lost, stolen, postage due, illegible, undelivered or misdirected entries.
By entering this Contest, the Eligible Entrant acknowledges and agrees that the Released Parties (i) shall have no liability of any kind whatsoever with respect to this Contest and/or the delivery, acceptance, receipt, possession, awarding, use or misuse, inability to use or defect of any Prize, (ii) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any Prize, (iii) disclaim any implied warranty, and (iv) are not liable for any injury or any indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential losses or damages of any kind whether resulting from, before, during or after the Eligible Entrant’s acceptance, use or misuse of any Prize or otherwise from such Eligible Entrant’s participation in this Contest. The Released Parties are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this Contest, including but not limited to errors in advertising, these Rules, the selection and announcement of winners, or the distribution of any Prize. Refusal to accept a Prize releases the Released Parties of all responsibility and obligations towards the winner of such Prize.
Any entry that is late, incomplete, altered, or contains false information is invalid. The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected claims or entries or for any problems or technical malfunction of any Internet or telephone network or broadcast transmission during the Contest Period. The Released Parties are not responsible for any errors or omissions with respect to the printing or advertising of this Contest and reserve the right to withdraw, amend or cancel this Contest in the event of a printing or administrative error.
Unless otherwise deemed appropriate by the Contest Sponsors for the administration of the Contest based on the circumstances, no communications will be entered into except with selected Eligible Entrants. Once Prize winners have been verified and confirmed, the Prize winners’ names may be posted at www.7rewards.ca.
By submitting an entry, the Eligible Entrant agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, losses, costs, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) which may arise out of any breach of any covenants, agreements, terms, obligations, representations or warranties set forth herein.
Without limiting the release of liability provisions herein, and for greater certainty, the Released Parties will not be liable for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Contest website users or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries in the Contest; (b) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or delay in operation of the Contest website or any transmission in connection with the Contest; (c) any communications line failure, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; (d) any problems with, or technical malfunction of, any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or failure of email which may occur for any reason whatsoever, including technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof; or (e) any injury or damage to entrants’ or to any other person’s computer or other device related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this Contest.
7. RIGHT TO TERMINATE, MODIFY OR SUSPEND
The Contest Sponsors may at any time, at their sole and absolute discretion and without liability or advance notice, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest, in whole or in part, subject only to approvals required by law, if fraud (including, without limitation, the use of artificial or computerized methods of entry, or bots), technical failures, computer virus or bug, unauthorized human intervention, or communications or any other errors or other causes beyond the control of the Contest Sponsors corrupt the administration, integrity or security of the Contest, or if any other factor interferes with the conduct of this Contest as contemplated by these Rules. Without restricting the generality of the foregoing, in the event of early termination of the Contest, a notice may be posted at www.7rewards.ca to that effect. In addition, for the purposes of determining eligibility to win a Prize in the event of early termination of the Contest, all Eligible Entries received prior to the time of early termination will be considered as valid and, for the purposes of these Rules, the Contest Period will be deemed to have ended at the moment of early termination. The Contest Sponsors reserve the right, at any time, in their sole and absolute discretion, to correct any errors, including without limitation, any typographical, printing, computer programming or operator errors.
The Contest Sponsors reserve the right to adjust any of the dates, timeframes and/or other Contest mechanics stipulated in these Rules, to the extent necessary, for purposes of verifying compliance by any entrant or entry with these Rules, or as a result of any technical or other problems, or in light of any other circumstances which, in the opinion of the Contest Sponsors, in their sole and absolute discretion, affect the proper administration of the Contest as contemplated in these Rules, or for any other reason. The Contest Sponsors also reserve the right to cancel this Contest at any time.
Where applicable and in the event of a dispute as to who submitted an entry, the Contest Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to deem the entry to have been submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry or the Mobile Account Holder. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. A selected Eligible Entrant may be required to provide the Contest Sponsors with proof that he/she (i) is the Authorized Account Holder of the email address associated with the selected entry; (ii) is the Mobile Account Holder; or (iii) has the express permission of the Mobile Account Holder to enter.
The Contest Sponsors reserve the right, at their sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any individual from the Contest, and to ban that individual from any future promotion of the Contest Sponsors, if the Contest Sponsors find or believe such individual to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or, where applicable, the Contest website; to be acting in violation of these Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass the Contest Sponsors, the Contest Sponsors’ agencies, other entrants or any other person. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE CONTEST SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
8. PERSONAL INFORMATION
7-Eleven Canada, Inc. ("7-Eleven") and Canadian Lotteries are collecting personal data about the entrants for the purpose of administering this Contest and may share this information with each other and with the promotional fulfilment agency for the purpose of the administration of the Contest. This may include an entrant’s name, mailing address, telephone number, e-mail address, and alias or platform handle (as applicable) submitted in connection with an Eligible Entry. No further informational or marketing communications will be received by entrants, unless the entrant has specifically opted in to receive such communications or such communications are otherwise permitted by applicable law. 9. GOVERNING LAW AND INTERPRETATION
The Contest is subject to all federal, provincial and local laws, as well as the rules adopted in view of said laws. This Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision of these Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, then it shall be, to the extent invalid or unenforceable, deemed omitted and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. No waiver on the part of the Contest Sponsors or any of the other Contest Parties to enforce any term herein shall be deemed a continuing waiver or a waiver of any other term.
In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest-related materials, the terms and conditions of these Rules shall prevail, govern and control to the fullest extent permitted by law.
