CELSIUS® and 7-Eleven 2026 Contest (the “Contest”)

Official Contest Rules (the “Rules”) 

1. SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR. The sponsor of this Contest is CELSIUS Live Fit Canada ULC (the “Contest Sponsor”) and the Contest will be administered by 7-Eleven Canada Inc. (the “Contest Administrator”). 

Major League Soccer, L.L.C., Soccer United Marketing, LLC, Pro Soccer Development, LP, Player Development, LLC and MLS Canada ULC (collectively, the “SUM Entities”) are not sponsors, administrators or prize providers of this Contest. 

2. ELIGIBILITY. The Contest is open to legal residents of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario, who are age of majority, at the time of entry. The Contest is not open to employees, representatives and agents of the Contest Sponsor, the Contest Administrator, SUM Entities, prize suppliers, or their respective divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees, shareholders, members, officers, directors, representatives, agents, advertising and promotion agencies, Contest suppliers or judges (collectively, the “Contest Parties”), or members of the immediate families (defined as parents, siblings, children and spouses, regardless of where they live) of persons domiciled with (whether related or not), any of the above.  

3. CONTEST PERIOD. The Contest will begin on August 26, 2026, at 12:00:01 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) and will end at 11:59:59 PM PT on September 29, 2026 (the “Contest Period”). 

4. HOW TO ENTER. To enter, complete any of the two below entry options.  

Option 1 – Purchase. Purchase any one (1) 355mL can CELSIUS product sold in store (the “Participating Products”) during the Contest Period and complete the following steps: 

Step 1: If you do not already have the App and an account, download the 7-Eleven App (the “App”) by texting the word “Join” to the mobile number 711247 (NOTE: the App is not compatible for download via mobile devices operating on the BlackBerry® or Windows® mobile operating systems). If you already have a member ID barcode skip Step 2 and go directly to Step 3. 

Other ways to create a 7Rewards account: 

a. A 7Rewards account may also be registered by joining online at 7rewards.ca. 

b. Register at the customer facing display at a participating 7-Eleven store. 

c. Download the 7-Eleven, Inc app from the Apple or Google Play mobile app stores. 

Step 2: Following all instructions provided via the App, create an account to obtain a scannable member ID barcode. 

Step 3: Once you have a registered 7Rewards account, scan your 7-Eleven member ID barcode or enter a phone number associated with a member ID barcode at the display.

NOTE: Text messaging fees may apply depending on the entrant’s mobile device carrier and text messaging package. Such fees are the responsibility of the entrant/account holder. Text messaging may not be available in all areas or with all mobile service providers. Entrant must be the person in whose name the mobile device account for the mobile device used to enter the Contest via mobile device is registered (the “Mobile Account Holder”) or have the express permission of the Mobile Account Holder. Entries made via mobile device without the permission of the Mobile Account Holder may be disqualified, at the sole and absolute discretion of the Contest Administrator.  

To download the 7-Eleven application via mobile by texting the word “JOIN” to 711247, you must have a mobile phone with SMS messaging capabilities. You may incur standard text message or data charges from your wireless service provider for each message sent and/or received. Check with your wireless service provider for details on these and other applicable charges. Entrants are solely responsible for any such SMS charges or data charges. Not all wireless carriers participate. All entries must be received and recorded within the Contest Period. The App’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Contest. 

In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the address associated to the email account set up in the App upon registration or email entry will be considered made by the natural person who is assigned the account or email address by the 7Rewards mobile App or internet service provider. 

Option 2 - NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To obtain an entry without making a purchase, visit 7-eleven.ca/promos/Celciuscontest and complete the online entry form, following all online instructions including agreeing to be bound by these Rules and complete the online entry form, following all online instructions including agreeing to be bound by these Rules. 

Limit one (1) no purchase entry per week, per person/email/mobile device account. You must complete one of the above options in full each time you enter for each entry to be valid. 

You may use only one (1) email address or mobile account to enter. If it is discovered by the Contest Sponsor or Administrator (using any evidence or other information made available to or otherwise discovered by the Contest Sponsor or Administrator) that any person has attempted to use multiple names, identities, multiple accounts, or, and/or any automated, macro, script, robotic or other system(s) or program(s) to enter or otherwise participate in or disrupt this Contest in any way (as determined by Contest Administrator in its sole and absolute discretion); then he/she may be disqualified from the Contest in the sole and absolute discretion of the Contest Sponsor and Administrator. Any entry may be rejected if (in the sole and absolute discretion of the Contest Administrator) the entry is not fully completed with all required information and submitted and received during the Contest Period. 

The Contest Administrator reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Contest Administrator, including, without limitation, government-issued photo identification): (i) for the purposes of verifying an individual’s eligibility to participate in this Contest; (ii) for the purposes of verifying the eligibility and/or legitimacy of an entry (or a purported entry) for the purposes of this Contest; and/or (iii) for any other reason the Contest Administrator deems necessary, in its sole and absolute discretion, for the purposes of administering this Contest in accordance with these Rules. Failure to provide such proof to the complete satisfaction of the Contest Administrator within the timeline specified by the Contest Administrator may result in disqualification in the sole and absolute discretion of the Contest Administrator. 

Proof of transmission (screenshots or captures etc.) or attempted transmission of an entry or of an attempted entry of any communication, does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt. 

5. PRIZES AND HOW TO WIN. There are three (3) grand prizes winners of the CELSIUS Ultimate MLS Cup (the “Grand Prize”). Each Grand Prize is at rip for you and one (1) guest (guest must be the age of majorityor older in their province/territory of residence at the time of Entry) to attend the MLS Championship Cup (the “Event”). Travel is for three (3) consecutive days and two (2) nights, on dates to be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion and based on the scheduled date of the Event. Due to the nature of the Prize, no alternate travel dates are permitted. Each Grand Prize has an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $6000. The Grand Prize solely includes: 

Two round-trip coach class air transportation tickets, one for the Winner and one for the guest, from a major commercial airport in Canada nearest the Winner’s residence (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion) to the MLS Cup host city; 

One (1) standard double-occupancy hotel room for two (2) nights (hotel and room type to be selected at the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor); and 

Two (2) tickets to attend the MLS Championship Cup (ticket type and seating location to be determined at the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, subject to availability).  

Limit one (1) Grand Prize per person and per household. Grand Prizes are also referred to as “Prize” or “Prizes”. Prizes may not be exactly as shown in Contest promotional materials. 

6. Prize Draw. On September 1, 2026, random draws to select three (3) potential Prize winners will be conducted by the Contest Administrator. Odds of winning a Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received throughout the Contest Period.  

7. Additional Prize Conditions. Each Prize must be accepted as awarded, cannot be substituted, transferred, exchanged or surrendered for cash, except at the sole and absolute discretion of the Contest Sponsor, which reserves the right for any reason to award or substitute the Prize, or part thereof, of equal or greater value, including without limitation, a cash award. 

Actual value may vary depending on redemption and usage. Any difference between the stated approximate retail value and the actual value of the Prize will not be awarded to the winner. Each Prize may also be subject to additional terms and conditions.   

Actual departure date, times, airline and airports based upon availability and shall be solely determined by Contest Sponsor. If Grand Prize Winner resides within 250-miles of the destination city, Contest Sponsor reserves the right to award a equaly valued travel stipend in lieu of air transportation. Hotel check-in and check-out dates as solely specified by Sponsor. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for any travel delays or difficulty for any Grand Prize award. If travel delays or difficulty prevent arrival in time for any and all elements of trip or Grand Prize award, Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for awarding any compensation in lieu thereof. Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Any changes to completed travel arrangements, once booked, are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner, and are solely at the Grand Prize Winner’s expense. Actual value of the trip will depend on point of departure, destination and any airfare fluctuations. Any difference between the value stated in these official rules and the actual value, if any, will not be awarded. Grand Prize Winner and travel companion are solely responsible for all costs incurred to and from the nearest major airport to the Grand Prize Winner’s home as designated by Sponsor as the prize originates and terminates at such departure point unless otherwise agreed to by Sponsor in writing. Grand Prize Winner must be of legal age of majority in his/her state of residence (and at least 18) and will be required to execute and return a liability release and, where permitted by law, a publicity release, prior to prize award. All ground transportation including airport and hotel transfers, parking, meals, gratuities, checked baggage fees, airline seat assignment fees, hotel resort fees, incidental expenses, applicable taxes (including, but not limited to all local, state and federal taxes) and any other expenses not specified herein as being included in the prize award are the sole responsibility of Grand Prize Winner.  

Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged or stolen luggage. Grand Prize Winner will be required to provide a credit card at the time of hotel check-in, and hotel will place a temporary ‘hold’ on credit card to cover any incidental charges by Grand Prize Winner and/or Grand Prize Winner’s guest. Temporary hold dollar amount on credit card is subject to hotel policy. It is recommended that Grand Prize Winner and travel companion obtain sufficient personal insurance (at their own expense) prior to departure. Grand Prize Winner and travel companion hereby release Sponsor from any duty to provide, check, or verify any and all necessary ID’s, passports, visas and tourist cards, birth certificates, vaccination certificates, and any other travel requirements (“Personal Documents”). Sponsor shall not have any responsibility for the replacement of lost or stolen Personal Documents or tickets, coupons, vouchers, receipts or other documents pertaining to the prize (“Travel Documents”) once the Travel Documents have been provided to Winner and travel companion. If Grand Prize Winner elects to take prize trip without one guest, components of the Grand Prize trip will be awarded in increments/quantities suitable for one traveler and Grand Prize Winner will not receive any compensation or substitute/alternate prize for same. Grand Prize Winner agrees to maintain his or her behavior and the behavior of its guest in accordance with all applicable laws, generally accepted social practices, and adhere to all rules and regulations applicable to any airline, hotel, venue or other entity connected to participation in any prize activity, including, without limitation, use of a prize component. Grand Prize Winner understands and agrees that if Grand Prize Winner or his/her guest is removed from any activity at any time, or if the Grand Prize Winner’s or his/her guest’s behavior at any point is disruptive, causes damage or could cause damage to person, property or otherwise violates the policies of an entity associated with the prize, then Grand Prize Winner may be required to forfeit the remainder of the prize without substitution or compensation. 

Each Prize winner and their guest must abide by and respect all local laws and customs (i.e., alcohol consumption, dress codes) and abide by all venue, like the Event arena, policies. The Sponsor and/or venue operator reserves the right to revoke full or partial Prize from a Prize winner and/or any guest who it and/or venue personnel may deem, in their sole discretion, to have violated any venue policy or law, and/or may bring the Sponsor and/or venue operator into disrepute, and winner/guest will forfeit any remaining Prize value.  

Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be substituted, exchanged or surrendered for cash, except at the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, which may award a substitute prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are non-assignable and non-transferable. The Sponsor, in its sole discretion, subject only to legal requirements, reserves the right to: (i) substitute all or any portion of the Prizes with another prize or portion thereof of equal or greater value, and (ii) limit the number of Prizes awarded to the same person.   

8. NOTIFICATION AND HOW TO CLAIM A PRIZE. Potential winners will be notified by the Contest Administrator or it’s authorized representative at the email address provided in the online entry form or associated with the 7-Eleven App information provided. This notification (the “Notification”) will occur within five (5) business days after the Prize draw is completed, or as soon as reasonably possible thereafter. It is the entrant’s responsibility to provide a valid email address to ensure prompt receipt of any Notification. 

POTENTIAL WINNER MUST RESPOND, WITHIN FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THE NOTIFICATION BEING SENT, BY REPLYING TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS PROVIDED IN THE NOTIFICATION, REGARDLESS OF WHEN IT IS RECEIVED AND: 

The potential winner must claim his/her Prize as instructed in the Notification; 

The potential winner will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, at a time to be mutually agreed upon; and 

The potential winner must accept the terms the Release, which confirms compliance with these Rules and releases the Contest Parties from all liability with respect to the entrant’s participation in this Contest and the awarding, use and misuse of a Prize, and return such Release within five (5) business days of receipt. 

If a potential Prize winner does not respond to the Notification within the timeframe set out above, is found to be ineligible for any reason, or declines to accept the prize, the prize will be forfeited, and the Contest Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, select an alternate potential winner subject to the same terms set out above. If a Prize winner cannot be verified, the Prize will not be awarded. Any attempt to manipulate or tamper with the winner selection system or the database of Entries will result in disqualification and possible criminal prosecution.    

Prizes will only be delivered to verified winners. Please allow approximately four (4) to six (6) weeks for fulfillment of your Prize. No responsibility is assumed by the Contest Sponsor for any postal mail or courier delivery returned as undeliverable without a forwarding address including email bounce backs if Prize is delivered digitally. No responsibility is assumed by Contest Sponsor for Prizes after they have been shipped. Winners bear all risk of loss or damages to Prize after delivery. 

9. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION. By participating in this Contest, entrant accepts and agrees to these Rules and all decisions of the Contest Sponsor, which shall be final and legally binding on entrant in all matters relating to this Contest. All entries become the property of the Contest Sponsor and will not be returned. Prize winners agree to the use of his/her name, image, likeness, persona, and city/province of residence for publicity purposes, and grants to the Contest Sponsor and the Contest Administrator, any and all rights to said use without further notice or compensation. The Contest Sponsor and its respective affiliates are not responsible for printing, technical errors, distribution, or production errors. The Contest Parties do not warrant that access to or use of the Contest will be uninterrupted or error-free. 

The Contest Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to disqualify any individual from the Contest, and to ban that individual from any future promotion of the Contest Sponsor, if the Contest Sponsor finds or believes such individual to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or where applicable, the Contest website; to be acting in violation of the Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass the Contest Sponsor, the Contest Sponsor’s agencies, other entrants or any other person. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE CONTEST SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. 

 Before being confirmed as a winner of any Prize, a potential winner must complete and return, within five (5) days of date of receipt of the Prize Notification, a Declaration and Release Form (the “Declaration and Release Form”), otherwise, the Prize will expire and will automatically be reissued to another participant through the same random selection process. The Declaration and Release Form (among other things): (i) confirms compliance with these Rules and acceptance of the applicable Prize as awarded without substitution; (ii) releases the Contest Parties, its affiliated and related companies, the prize suppliers, advertising and promotional agencies and each of their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, dealers, representatives, successors and assigns from any liability in connection with this Contest, the selected Entrant’s participation therein and/or the awarding and use/misuse of the Prize or any portion thereof; and (iii) provides winner’s agreement to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of his/her name, voice, statements about the Contest and/or photograph or other likeness, without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by the Sponsor in any manner whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the Internet. The Contest Parties and its agents assume no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, illegible, damaged, misdirected, late, or otherwise void Declaration and Release Forms.    

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. By entering this Contest, the winner acknowledges and agrees that the Contest Parties (i) shall have no liability of any kind whatsoever with respect to this Contest and/or the awarding, use or misuse of any Prize, (ii) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any Prize, (iii) disclaim any implied warranty, and (iv) are not liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from the entrant’s acceptance, use or misuse of any Prize or otherwise from such entrant’s participation in this Contest including any travel related thereto. The Contest Parties are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this Contest, including but not limited to errors in advertising, the Rules, the selection and announcement of winners, or the distribution of the Prize. Contest Parties hereby disclaim all such warranties, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and/or non-infringement.   

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Promotion Parties are not responsible or liable for: (i) incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate entry of registration or entry information which may affect a Participant’s ability to participate in the Contest; (ii) human errors, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed/corrupted data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, line failures of any communications network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof; (iii) any inability of a Participant to access the Contest Website, or damage to a user's system occasioned by participating in the Contest; and (iv) entries which fail to fully comply with these Rules.  Entries and Prize claims are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, mechanically reproduced, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way. If for any reason, it is confirmed that an Participant’s Entry was deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted by error, the only remedy, which the Participant is entitled to, is requesting to obtain another Entry to the Contest, if possible.    

11. INDEMNIFICATION. By submitting an entry, entrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Contest Parties from and against any and all claims, losses, costs, damages, liabilities and costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) which may arise out of any breach of any of covenants, agreements, terms, obligations, representations or warranties set forth herein. 

12. RIGHT TO TERMINATE, MODIFY OR SUSPEND. The Contest Sponsor may at any time, at its sole discretion and without liability, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest in whole or in part, subject only to approvals required by law, if fraud, technical failures or communications or any other errors or other causes beyond the control of the Contest Sponsor corrupt the administration, integrity or security of the Contest or if any other factor interferes with the conduct of this Contest as contemplated by these Rules. Without restricting the generality of the foregoing, in the event of early termination of the Contest, a notice will be posted at www.7rewards.ca to that effect. In addition, for the purposes of determining eligibility to win a Prize in the event of early termination of the Contest, all eligible entries received prior to the time of early termination will be considered as valid and for the purposes of these Rules, the Contest Period will be deemed to have ended at the moment of early termination. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right, at any time, in its sole discretion, to correct any errors, including without limitation, any typographical, printing, computer programming or operator errors. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision of these Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, then it shall be, to the extent invalid or unenforceable, deemed omitted and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. No waiver on the part of the Contest Sponsor to enforce of any term herein shall be deemed a continuing waiver or a waiver of any other term. 

13. GOVERNING LAW. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and the Contest Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the Province of Ontario without regard to conflicts of law principles. All entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the Province of Ontario. 

14. DISCREPANCY. This Contest is subject to all applicable, federal, provincial and municipal laws. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these English language Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest-related materials, including, but not limited to: the Release, and/or point of sale, print or online advertising; the terms and conditions of these English language Rules shall prevail, govern and control. 

15. PERSONAL INFORMATION. Unless you specifically select otherwise, the personal information gathered about entrants in the course of this Contest will be used solely by the Contest Sponsor, Contest Administrator, SUM Entities, or its’ designated agent for the administration of the Contest and in connection with any publicity relating to the Contest. Use of the App and website is governed by the Contest Administrator’s Privacy Policy, which is available at https://7-eleven.ca/privacy.
